Is it possible to have a required field but have a null value initially selected when creating new records. I want to avoid the lazy user syndrome where by a user will not change the value and instead just use the first item in the list.
Basically I want to add a null value to the column but still have all the required validation etc... fire.
Any assistance would be appreciated as this is an excellent product and I only want to use it more.
