WebGrid Community Server

Hello,

i have a problem with the search of the webgrid.
First I have a grid and a sqldatasource with the connection to the database and a select-statement.

I defined a primarykey and the column which should be searchable.

When i enter a searchvalue for e.g. an articlenumber i get an error message that this field is not in my sqldatasource.

The error says: The column [SqlDataSource.Artikelnummer] was not found.

Can anyone help me...

Hi,

I have re-written the sql-builder to add support for columns where table information is not available, I have tested what you describe there and it will be available in next release of webgrid.
